Syllogisms about the “Eternal"

Love and death fill a human live with a meaning. Some people live because of love, others – because of their fear to die. Is it the same “to fill with meaning” and “to find the meaning of live”?
An idol… What does it mean for us? For some people an idol is a dancer, for others an idol is a singer or an actor. A lot of people wish to be similar to them. They literally worship to them, consider them Gods and even the superior creatures. And what is in reality? Idols are like ordinary people. In comparison with us they can’t use their talent, their gift, their beauty in their own ambitions, their own destinations. Nevertheless, every man has his own gift. The gift may be unexpected! For instance, even the gift to see various figures in the clouds is a special trait.

The men with whom I want to meet and admire a lot are a philosopher and a psychologist. Why would not I have met with a singer, or dancer, or actor? The answer is clear. Only philosophy helps us to understand our lives, to think about a purport of our existence and living on the Earth. To me, only a human being can think, reflect, analyze the past, and predict the future. In other words, every person has his/her own choice. Thus, the father of humanistic psychology, Abraham Harold Maslow(1908-1970) wrote “Originally the nature of a human being is positive and it’s constantly developing. The purpose of a philosopher/psychologist is to help a human being to discover what has already been put in him/her.”
Unfortunately, some people have made a wrong choice.
“Life is a process of constant choice. In every moment a human being has an alternative – to give up or to make a progress in achieving the object. In other words, it’s a movement back to fear or towards growth of the spiritual forces. You should choose development instead of fear. It’s a way of selfrealization.”
Our society has forgotten about spiritual development. Nowadays a lot of people talk about clothes and expensive cars. Humanity is wallowed in materialize problems and forgets that it’s not only and the best item of reality. Mankind forgets that people have souls, they can feel, think and develop themselves not only physically but morally. In this way philosophy is our reliable and helpful friend. Every man should choose his/her own like-minded philosopher or psychologist. To me, the works by Maslow are wise, exiting, and sensual. They are “Dominance – feeling, behavior and status”, “Motivation and Personality”, “Personality and Patterns of Culture” etc.
It is not a code of laws, which teaches us to live. On the contrary, the author provides a choice for every reader. As you like you can follow his ideals or deny them.
Every man has his own way, but only philosophy and psychology help us to find out the way and explain our own feelings and acts.
“The world is like a mountain, our acts are barracking. In the long run, our barracking will come back to us.”(Anhel) The good is reflected, the evil is forbidden.
You may laugh at it and think “What should I change my live for? My way of living suits me. I’m satisfied. I’m happy!” Is it possible to be happy without spiritual development? In fact, it is impossible… You see… What future will be for humanity if people read only detectives and papers? Gradually humanity will start to degrade. Our consciousness is littered with so called “light reading”. Besides, it brings about by secret plotting to the “mass system of thinking”. In the case of identity the system can functionate without an individual link. This link is easily changed. I think, it’s wrong! Every person should remember about his/her own individuality, and individual peculiarities. Otherwise they’ll loose their personality and unique individuality. They’ll change into “mass”. From time to time a human being is obliged to choose between a tomtit in the hand and a flying crane. As we know, “a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.” In reality, a human being chooses between fears. From the one hand, he is afraid of changing his life. From the other hand, he is afraid of achieving nothing and loosing his tomtit.

Meaning of live… what is it in? As Maugham writes in his “A human Bondage”: a human being is born, suffers and dies.
“The main subject of humanistic psychology is human self actualization, spiritual values, freedom, responsibility etc”, according to the pyramid of Maslow there is self perfection, growth of spiritual forces.

The necessity in personal growth is the need in self-expression (need in learning, need in the aesthetical, self actualization).
Thus, learning consists harmony, order, beauty.
Self actualization is realization of your own objects, abilities, development of your own personality.

It’s a truth of all ages, of all folks.
